Partners in Planning and Architecture were instructed by the client to create a development of 2 No. bespoke five-bedroom homes with garaging and a private shared access.
Our design team created 2no bespoke designs of traditional appearance which are in keeping with the vernacular of with the existing street scene, with a grade II listed located in close proximity to the site.
The scheme will result in the development of 2No. high design standard bespoke family homes in a traditional vernacular, creating a complementary, high-quality environment.
The in-house planning and design teams fostered an excellent relationship with Huntingdonshire District Council to facilitate a smooth and timely planning approval.
